Thank you for supporting independent art. Each piece is created and packaged with care. Please read the following policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a non-custom item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging if possible.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
*Because colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, minor color differences between your screen and the artwork are not considered defects.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:
- A photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging
A replacement or refund will be arranged as quickly as possible.
Custom Artwork (Pet Portraits & Commissions)
Because custom artwork is created specifically for you, custom pieces are non-refundable and cannot be returned once work has begun.
However, every effort will be made to ensure you are happy with the final artwork.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be in production and cancellation may not be possible.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error with the order.
